½ cup hazelnuts

½ cup almonds

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tbsp almond butter

Pinch salt

(medjool dates are best but can be expensive, you can use regular dates, just soak in boiling water for about 10 minutes before use)

Recently I read the book Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. It was recommended to me by a friend, who felt it really resonated with her.
